HAPPENINGS AT IZINGA PARK
Izinga Park Management Association boasted its very first Christmas Party for the Estate on Saturday, 1st December 2018 which was partly sponsored by Excellerate Security Services. Despite the weather conditions, the function was well attended, Mr Clause from the North Pole made a special appearance and there were squeals of laughter and excitement which filled the Community Centre on seeing him. Children were handed lucky dips by Santa Clause and the moment was captured via a photobooth, creating memories for the Estate.
Entertainment was once again the highlight of the evening, as residents partied the night away with “old school” music by Disco Seemor. What a memorable night it was! We strive to create a harmonious community and members residents of Izinga Park are in for a surprise in 2019. Watch this space!
These beautiful pathways boast a host of luscious plant life to enjoy. Whilst walking along the paths, you can stop at the water fountains where you will find exotic birds taking a drink or a bath. It is one of the best places to run, jog or walk and enjoy the wonders of nature in a tranquil setting.
There are jungle gyms located at Izinga Park and at the top of the Amphitheatre bordering Phase 1 & 2. Naturally, children absolutely love the outdoor activity, and adults enjoy that it is so near the Amphitheatre and pathways. It’s a win win for adventurous children and their parents! There are also swings for the older kids so no one is left out of the summer fun.
This big open space is such a multi purpose gem. Many residents have already utilised this area for picnics and fun days, whilst others have enjoyed a book under one of the shady indigenous trees. Whatever it is, take full advantage of these beautiful areas that can be found right on your door step!
