The sound of crashing waves, the smell of the ocean, and uninterrupted sea views in luxurious secure environments with easy access to hospitals, schools, shopping centres – plus the added bonus of an international airport on your doorstep – make the North Coast of KwaZuluNatal an attractive place to call home.

This magnificent stretch of coastline graces the cover of this issue. Already a wide variety of developments are rapidly forging ahead on prime real estate along our most idyllic coastline – so watch this space as those lucky enough to have bought land will reap the rewards in years to come.
