Future Developments
Cornubia
In addition to its extensive residential developments, this area’s close proximity to KwaZulu-Natal’s new airport makes it ideal for commercial and industrial use. The vast Cornubia area will be developed in a number of stages, engaging with and taking into account the area’s existing communities to create quality, sustainable environments. Cornubia, a public-private partnership between eThekwini municipality and Tongaat Hulett, is set to be eThekwini and the Province’s largest sustainable integrated human settlement initiative. A 1200ha multi-billion Rand project, Cornubia will be a mixed-use, mixed-income development.
La Mercy
