Umhlanga Ridgeside

Umhlanga Ridgeside is set to further transform Umhlanga with its cosmopolitan mix of residential, commercial and leisure development. Comprising
150 000 square metres of commercial and mixed-use space, 100 000 square metres of offices and 3 000 residential units, Ridgeside will attract an estimated
R8 to R10 billion in investments to the area and generate 65 000 construction-related jobs and 16 000 permanent jobs.

The first projects lined up include two five star hotels and an urban resort, several large corporate office developments and a wide variety of entertainment and retail outlets.

Interspersed with this vibrant city life and spectacular views are lush green parks, tree-lined boulevards, beautiful piazzas, a network of walking and cycling trails and areas of natural vegetation that bring people together as part of a vibrant new community.
