Izinga Estate

Izinga is the "suburb" outside of the four Izinga Ridge gated villages and runs from the village perimeter fencing down to the N2 (west of Izinga Ridge). Proposed as an open suburb with attention to open areas where one can walk, run, cycle and generally enjoy the open spaces. Approximately 250 sites are proposed in the first phase of a potential 2000 unit project. Mahogany Drive and Campbell Drive will lead you into this gracious estate. The architectural language will show similarity to that of Izinga Ridge.

First phase land sales are now available. Site extents range from approximately 700m² to 1500m². Izinga will feature homes within a broader price range, which still meet Tongaat Hulett Developments' high standards of quality, design and management.

Progressive Lifestyle Units: Content of 25% is applicable at Izinga. Unit prices are planned to range from R250 000 to R850 000. The architectural style for Izinga is derived from the style of Izinga Ridge and uses an earthy African colour palette, combined with Mediterranean/Balinese forms.
